Beyond Easy Instant Rapport! The Shocking Truth!
You want to avoid making the big mistake all the “pro’s” make?
Listen to me, take this to heart…
“Don’t EVER work at rapport.”
If you work at rapport you are making everything more complicated.
INSTEAD….
Discover EXACTLY the “connection” you already share with someone, BEFORE YOU MESS IT UP.
“What most people do, EXPERTS TOO, is mess up the connection without knowing it, THEN they try to reestablish it. And when they are successful, they call it RAPPORT. And they sell your courses on it.”
It makes about as much sense as having to cut your arm off, to learn how easy it is to use your fingers.
So… here is another post from Emmett Pennington, who is exploring our Shadow Scout course, which gives you what you need to experience this “connection” before you mess it up…. The course is available at Shadow Scouts and Emmett’s really awesome email about his current play with it is below. Enjoy
+++++
I’ve been working this past week with Shadow Scout, Disc 2…
My duration program allowed me to listen to it several times, in order to get it.
The interesting thing about this, my first instict was to jump rightinto disc 3…risk: what am I missing that I can use today…
Versus, surfing: enjoy what I am learning now and play…
Disc 1 allowed me to explore connections with people I’ve never met, without all the B S conversations and small talk…
I met a very beautiful lady from another country…without saying a word. Made a connection…and shared a laugh.
Then disc 2…has me challenged…added a new dimension, and more distinctions. Breath…touching…noticing…ripples.
AT work I played with the breath…and noticed that when I notice my breath it puts me in the moment…
Allowed me to get out of my head…and connect more with two employees at a deeper level…and one of the best conversations I’ve had with them.
Ahh…and I take a breath and notice the stiffness of the keyboard that I’m typeing with…and notice the thankfulness for all of you!
Writing out allows me to discover more…while I thought is was something simple, the write outs allow me to notice more.
Enjoy,
Emmett
