Keep it Simple!

Hey mate,

Ready? Set? Go!

Are you making the BIG mistake?

Here are three things you can do TODAY.

1. Take 3 minutes and LOOK UP. Keep your eyes UP for three minutes. This is like a mini spa vacation from your repetitive thinking patterns. (NLP folks think Eye Accessing for a second. Looking up for 3 minutes breaks inner patterns, and gives you a break from inner patterns.)

2. Notice how complicated your excuses and explanations are. And then simplify them. Excuses tend to be complicated. Reasons for success, simple. Nuff said. Go to the Excuse Free World to find out more about that.

3. While looking up, breathe. Just notice your breathing. I bet SOMEBODY here thought I meant to CHANGE YOUR BREATHING. I didn’t. I meant just what I said, BREATHE. If you changed ANYTHING – YOU added in something, and didn’t keep it simple.
